This 4-star superior hotel in the centre of Zell am Ziller is 800 metres from the Zillertal Arena Ski Area, with a free ski bus stopping right outside. The Theresa Hotel’s 3,000 m² spa area includes indoor and outdoor pools.

Spa facilities include a hot tub, various saunas and steam baths, and an infrared cabin. A wide range of beauty and massage treatments, including Ayurveda, is available. Activities such as paragliding, rafting, Nordic walking, and yoga are organised regularly.

Decorated in a modern Tyrolean style, the spacious rooms at the Theresa Wellness-Genießer-Hotel all have a balcony overlooking the Zillertal Alps. They feature a seating area, a flat-screen cable TV, and a minibar.

Using regional, seasonal and organic products, the restaurant serves traditional Tyrolean, Austrian and international cuisine, and a large selection of fine wines. Full-board includes breakfast and lunch buffets, afternoon snacks, and a 5-course dinner.
